As a new patient, your first visit will be for the purpose of gathering the information we need to give you a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan. We will begin by asking you questions about your medical history, taking necessary x-rays, possibly taking dental impressions, and giving you a thorough examination. Then we will sit down with you to present a written treatment plan, which describes any necessary procedures, suggested solutions and options, as well as the costs of such treatments. Our Office Manager will discuss payment options with you. If necessary, we will schedule a separate consultation appointment.

Note - If you have had full mouth x-rays within the last five years, please bring them with you on the day of your first visit.
